PropAgent OS is a private, invite-only tool for property agents. By signing in you agree to use it for your legitimate property work and to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Keep your login private and do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Access is granted by invite and may be paused or removed by the administrator.

The tool provides project details, developer pricing, sales packages, unit availability, loan estimates, interest rates and market information for your internal reference only. This information is compiled from various sources and from AI, may be out of date or incomplete, and changes frequently. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee.

Before you quote, promise or rely on any figure or package with a client, you must confirm it against the developer's official portal or sales team, and for loan and rate matters with the relevant bank. You alone are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell your clients. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information, advice, opinion or content in the tool.

PropAgent OS is a productivity tool, not a licensed adviser. Nothing in it is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Loan eligibility and affordability figures are estimates only; only a bank or financing body can approve a loan.

PropAgent OS is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of any property developer, bank or financing body. Developer and bank names, projects and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to help you do your work.

You are responsible for holding any registration or licence your work requires, and for complying with your agency's rules, the relevant regulators, advertising standards, platform community guidelines and the law. You alone are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you send, including keeping confidential deal terms and identifying project details out of public ads.

The drafts, posts and images the tool creates for you are yours to use in your work. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy and compliance before you publish or send them, and for following the confidentiality rules built into the tool.

By using the tool you confirm that you are a bona fide property agent, that you are authorised to hold and enter the client information you record, and that the information you provide is accurate. You agree to keep your login secure and to accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Daily limits apply to the AI features to keep the service fair and sustainable for everyone. Do not share your account, attempt to bypass access controls or limits, scrape the service, or use it to break any platform's rules or the law.

PropAgent OS, including its software, design, content and underlying systems, is the property of the provider. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the tool for your work. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of it without the provider's written permission.

The tool is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate or current, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost, so keep your own records of anything important. The tool does not guarantee any sales result, and its loan and project information is for guidance only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropAgent OS and its provider are not liable for any loss or damage, including lost sales, commissions, client disputes, or losses arising from reliance on any figure, package or AI suggestion, arising from your use of the tool. Your use of the tool is at your own risk.

You agree to hold PropAgent OS and its provider harmless from any claim, loss or liability arising from your use of the tool, the content you publish or send, the advice you give clients, or your handling of client data.

These terms may be updated as the tool evolves; material changes will be noted here. Access may be suspended or ended at any time, including for misuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
